Technical requirements for installation:

    1, the valve cavity before installation should be clean and clear cause defects in transport;

    2, let it be known butterfly valve shaft was installed to keep the level of the state, the piston valve vertically upward position;

    3, valve gear prior to use should debug and maintain various functions of gear intact, limit travel and over-torque protection control and reliable;

    4, valve gear lubrication of all parts before use to fully debug lubricating;

    5, start electric devices, should carefully read the instructions supplied with electric devices.

    Maintenance and Maintenance

    1, valves open and close after use to regularly observe the operational status, identify problems and timely treatment;

    2, regular filling of lubricating oil, to keep all moving parts well lubricated conditions;

    3, in use for some time, if found loose piston air leakage should be checked off to replace piston rings.
