Overview
JLT vertical valve hydraulic test bed is my company to address the general use of units for the valve test bench for multi-type choose to use needs, according to the national GB/T1 3927 - 92 "Universal valve pressure test" and ZBJl6006 - 90 "valve testing and detection" standard for the design and manufacture of vertical valve testing equipment. The test bed advanced technology, perfect function, structure, smart, practical and easy to adapt to all kinds of high, medium and low pressure valves and threaded valve seal strength 'performance tests.
 
Working principle and structure of
JLT-based test bed by the activities of the top clamps and hydraulic cylinder pressure method combining performance tests of various types of valves, the valves were tested without additional external forces affect the test results, in line with national standard valve testing requirements. The aircraft structure is divided into the hydraulic system, electrical control systems, working platforms and hydraulic clamping device for moving media storage devices and liquid recycling system, etc.. Using note and requirements
1, Equipment installation: the school placement level or your equipment fixed with concrete footing bolts.
2, Choose N32 - 46 # regular hydraulic oil, N32 - 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, or 20 - 30 # machine oil into the fuel tank, fuel can not stem the oil level gauge with low threshold
3, connect the power, press the start button pump, check the motor rotation direction is correct (clockwise direction) for 5 - 10 minutes no-load running, adjust oil pump pressure 5.0MPa to test machines, all kinds of action, to check whether the flood vent pipe and found that negative phenomena, should immediately stop excluded.
4, test medium: water is convenient and does not pollute the environment, etc., which are widely used, to ensure no erosion of the valves were tested and in the media, the requirements of the testing machine. In the tank, add rust inhibitor, or used for testing the oil medium.
5, Test valve, the first valves were tested under the test pressure, insisted that "the pressure needed to compress cylinder control table" in the hydraulic clamping system pressure value, to boost pressure regulation, the value of super-boost pressure is strictly prohibited high, and prevent damage to test the valve deformation.
6, Hydraulic pump for the pressure to work before conditioning and being a good electric contact pressure gauge pressure pilot valves the same, and then to work. Cast iron valve not use the hammer, the valve in the experiment, the operator should pay attention to safety, proper use, with particular attention when the test medium pressure cast iron valves too damaged, valve testing is completed, the valve should be ranked after exhausting internal pressure can be relaxed axial press.
7, Pressure gauge testing devices must be approved by the local department accreditation of its measurement certificate shall be valid, the pressure gauge of the range can not be low-stem test pressure 15 times the precision is not a low dry 1.5.
8, Notes
(1)The test bed should be kept dry; fight, clean and test the valve by sealing plate flange and not allowed to have their fixed debris, always check the O-ring damage.
(2). Test bed activities of the various components of Office, should always refuel and maintain clean lubrication to use.
(3). Hydraulic oil should be regularly inspected, the replacement of new equipment put into use, so that both the cleaning tank 3 months, replaced with new oil, after cleaning and replacing every other year, once the oil level gauge oil can not be less than the lower limit of the fuel tank the temperature inside the oil should not exceed 55 Degree C.

 
 
 
How to use?
   
First, subjects were clamping valve
Before the test, the hydraulic system pump pressure regulator in the 5 MPa, according to clamping devices, "Radial back" button to test the seal plate placed in the eyes of table center, and then tested the valve placed in the top sealing plate , and then "radial forward" button, the clamps were tested near the valve flange, and then "of axial clamping>" button, and then were tested under the test pressure for the valve control, "the required clamping cylinder pressure against the table "as" axial pressurization> "button, to regulate the work of the required clamping pressure of the sealing performance test can be carried out.

Second, valve testing
(1) for fluid sealing test:
Pressure pump for the first electric contact pressure gauge pointer to adjust the pressure at the required pressure test position, close the "pressure switch", and then open the "pressure valve switch", according to "pump start" button, you can test the water sealing performance experiment. Testing is completed should open a "pressure relief valve switch" discharge pressure were tested after the unloading valve.

(2), for gas seal test:
Gas source connected to the inlet, the closure of "pressure valve switch" open "pressure valve switch" and to regulate the pressure of the user-owned gas source, you can test the performance of gas seal test. Testing is completed should open a "pressure relief valve switch" after the emission of air pressure, and then test the valve was removed.

3, for valve strength test:
Subjects were first placed in a clamping workbench valve sealing plate center. Claw clip or clamp, will reprovision security cover plate being sealed test valve on the port. Press "top pressure compaction" button, the port will be sealed to achieve the top pressure plate, and then were tested under the test pressure for the valve control, "pressed cylinder pressure required to control the table" as "top pressure booster" button, to regulation of the work required pressure (the same procedure with 1,2-method) can test the strength of performance tests.
