1, Overview

JWZQ type valve hydraulic test bed, It is research and development by the China TEYOU co., ltd. We have accumulated many years of production in the valve technology, based on the testing equipment in accordance with national GB/T1 3927 - 92 "Valve Inspect and Test" and ZBJl6006-90 "valve testing and detection" Standard specifications, designed to improve a new generation of JWZQ hydraulic valve test bench.
The machine has a set of mechanical and electrical, hydraulic, pressure, liquid medium recycling in one store, with fully functional, stable performance and high degree of automation. Is widely used in the field of DN l 5-1000mm of straight-through flange and the thread connecting all kinds of high, medium and low pressure valves strength, sealing and leakage, and other performance tests. Test medium: water, gas, oil. The maximum seal test pressure 32.0MPa, intensity of 480MPa.
Machine the entire process from the hydraulic transmission, electrical control valves of the subjects were free of any additional external forces affect the test results. Greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity, is the ideal equipment for the making industry and the use, maintenance and other units in advanced testing equipment for valve testing.
 
2, Working principle and structure
JWZQ-based test bed to adopt a valve flange face orientation, activity against the back of the clamping claws clamping flange methods work. Valves no additional effect on the measured test results of the external forces, in line with national standards require that the valve test requirements.
The machine structure can be divided into the hydraulic system, electrical control systems, about the activities table for the clamps and hydraulic pressure devices and media, the composition of the circulatory system and other components. 3, Use and notes of the requirements
(1), equipment installation: the school placement level or your equipment fixed with concrete footing bolts.
(2), selection of N32-46 # Normal hydraulic oil, N32-46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, or 20-30 # mechanical oil, into the fuel tank, fuel can not be less than the lower limit of the oil level gauge.
(3), connect the power, press the start button pump, check the motor rotation direction is correct (clockwise direction) to 5-1 O-minute no-load running, and adjust oil pump pressure in the 5 0MPa test-machine, all kinds of action, to check whether the pipeline leak was found negative phenomena should immediately stop excluded.
(4), Test medium: water is convenient and does not pollute the environment, etc., which are widely used, to ensure no erosion of the valves was tested and in the media, the requirements of the testing machine. In the tank, add rust inhibitor, or used for testing the oil medium.
(5), Test valve, the first valves were tested under the test pressure, insisted that "the pressure needed to compress cylinder control table" in the hydraulic clamping system pressure value, to boost pressure regulation, the value of super-boost pressure is strictly prohibited high, and prevent damage to test the valve deformation.

(7), Pressure gauge testing devices must be approved by the local department accreditation of its measurement certificate shall be valid, the pressure gauge of the range can not be less than the test pressure of 15 times the accuracy of not less than 1.5.
(8) Notes:
[1]. The test bed should be kept clean, clean, was test valve flange and sealing disc set does not allow any of its debris, always check the damage to O-State.
[2]. Test bed activities of the various components of Office, should always refuel and maintain clean lubrication to use.
[3], hydraulic oil should be regularly inspected, the replacement of new equipment put into use, so that both the cleaning tank 3 months, replaced with new oil, after cleaning and replacing every other year, once the oil level gauge oil can not be less than the lower limit of , the fuel tank of the oil temperature should not exceed 55 ~ C.
